Where can I get tonen?
tonen is available now for iPhone. Download it from the App Store and start with the free tools.
How much does it cost?
tonen has a free plan with 21 scripts, Box Breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding and one use each of Reply Helper, Perspective Helper and Debrief. Optional Premium is $4.99/month or $49.99/year in this region. Your App Store shows the final price and any eligible trial. You can cancel in iPhone Settings.
Will it work offline?
The bundled script library and Calm exercises work offline. Premium scripts, Body Scan and Safe Place still require Premium access. Reply Helper, Perspective Helper, Debrief and custom script generation need an internet connection.

tonen uses access controls to protect account data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any time through iOS Settings → Subscriptions. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
